Felicia was great! She communicated with me during every step of the process. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on. Moving cross-country is incredibly stressful so it was wonderful to know I didn't need to worry about my car. The carrier did a great job too. My car arrived well within the time I was told & was free of damage. I would absolutely recommend Felicia!
