If I have to transport a car again, I truly hope that I have Chell Hart's assistance with the process. She's great at what she does and takes time to care for each individual customer. She was extremely patient with my many questions ( I called a number of times) and was totally honest in all of the information that was given. A few days before my carrier was supposed to pick up my car, he called AGS and cancelled. Chell really hustled to replace that carrier and as a result my car was picked up by another carrier (on time) and delivered on time!
I'm a car person and was anxious about sending it cross country, however, it was delivered in the same perfect condition that it left in. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again, however, as stated above, my contact person, Chell Hart made the experience entirely positive!

I find that they best transport experiences happen when both client and broker are in lock-step throughout the process. I was appreciative of your patience when the first carrier falling out from underneath us and I never once felt like I couldn't contact you for information when needed.
