I asked Auto Shipping Group for a quote and Mr. Staab responded immediately.
From that moment until my car was delivered to its destination, Mr. Staab was accessible, responsive and helpful. He found a carrier that would pick up on the first day of the pickup window I had specified. And in the weeks after I had contracted with Auto Shipping Group and until he found a carrier for my car, he checked in with me weekly to let me know he was working on finding a carrier. Once the car was picked up, he checked in with me again, and after the car was delivered, he called both me and my daughter (who had received the car) to ask about our experience.

I would definitely use this company again. Mr. Staab was perfectly professional and helpful, very good at communicating with me, and he found a company that did a great job of transporting the car. I was completely happy with this interaction.
