Malia was always respectful and very polite. She could be called seven days a week. When no answer on phone she called back even if I did not leave a message. She spoke to us on our level so we felt she was listening to our every concern. Questions were answered promptly. She was honest about pricing. She was very prompt in her response and other information of importance to us. She is an excellent customer advocate and an asset to the company.
