Account Executive Don Edwards explained the relevant considerations in detail and answered my questions clearly and completely. He also helped to communicate some special requirements, requests, and questions to the driver who picked up the car. He checked back several times to make sure everything was going as planned. The car was picked up and delivered as scheduled, on time. The price was comparable to or below the other quotes I received ($1280 from Framingham, MA to Phoenix, AZ, in the winter with snow on the ground).
