My daughter moved to Utah and we planned to ship her car from Louisiana to Utah. This was our first experience in shipping a car. I went online, tried to obtain information, read reviews etc. I put in my shipping information and received many estimated offers. This was on a Saturday and later that day Malia called me. I found Malia to be very professional and she answered all my questions. I learned a ton about bidding, pricing and basically how the transportation business worked. The lowest quote while cheap might not provide you most favorable results. I was not looking for "cheap" as I need to ship my daughters car ASAP. I contacted Marlia on Sunday really only to determine if I could reach her and what would be her response time. She did not disappoint. Maria put the information out on a Tuesday, Louisiana froze for a couple of days, then Thursday we had a driver. Joe with JST Auto Transport picked up our car. Joe was awesome as well. Answered every question and then some. FYI, we paid Joe cash as we did not want my daughter to have the cash. My wife was hestiatate thinking paying up front would give him an incentive to deliver the car on time. Well, Joe appreciated receiving the money upfront, actually told us we did not have to do that, yet again it was better than sending it to my daughter. Joe said he woudl have it Utah by Wednesday morning and sure enough he called her on Tuesday with an update and delivered it on Wednesday morning. Other than being dirty from the ride, expected, the car was great. She said Joe was professional as well and waited for her to start the car to make sure it started. My recommendation is not to go cheap, you will get slow service and be disappointed. Malia went over all the rates, estimated time and provided stratergy to move our car even faster. BTW, I typed this BEFORE I saw there is an incentive for me to participate in a drawing. Double bonus as I received awesome service and now in a drawing. Thanks
