Frustrating experience but an EXCELLENT company.

(Miami to San Diego) My experience with Auto Moving Group was wonderful. Joel quoted me the best price by a long shot and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This was my first time shipping a car. They had my car picked up almost immediately, and Dave was beyond patient and accommodating when I lost my keys and had to push back the pick up time. The only unfortunate and truly unfortunate event was that my car has yet to be delivered and we're going on about 15 days with a new ETA of 3 more. The trucking company, Pacha Transportation, has been absolutely horrible, dishonest and rude. It's a shame because my experience with everyone at Auto Moving Group was and is still so wonderful. The fact that Dave stays on top of the whole ordeal is the reason I have yet to get upset about the car's whereabouts. So as a review to Auto Moving Group, I felt trust and comfortable with my car in their hands. I would use them again (AS LONG AS THEY PROMISE TO NOT USE PACHA) because I feel the customer service being provided is beyond amazing. Bad luck with the trucking company, it happens, I feel bad that THEY had to deal with Pacha Transportation. Lets hope timing was the only thing they messed up. The reason I put this honest review is because not every transport is going to go smoothly BUT if some unfortunate event were to arise, like in my case, it's nice to know that the company YOU hired is going to take care of it all. I appreciate their understanding of my frustration, Dave's ability to keep me calm and the genuine concern they continue to show for the situation. I look forward to receiving my car soon and will recommend AMG to anyone looking to move one. Thank you guys.

Dave works really hard to keep in contact with the drivers as well as our customers so that they are fully informed throughout the entire process. We promise not to use Pacha on your next move with us ;). We appreciate your patience and understanding while we press them for delivery, at the same time not sacraficing your service. I would like to personally appologize on behalf of Pacha if they in any way were rude to you. We here at AMG always put our customers first and it is frustrating when the carrier doesnt do the same.
