Joe Gallo -Assurance Auto Transport - helped make this car shipment experience a good one. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. During the move, the logistics company (Pro Logistics - not Joe Gallo's company) was a little late on the pickup and a little late on the delivery, and Joe continued to help me by politely and thoroughly answering all my questions and advising me to keep calm and be patient. His experience and advice helped make this overall experience very good, despite the small delays by the actual transporters. I felt that Joe took a personal interest in making my car's move as painless as possible, and he succeeded. I recommend his company!
