I did not know what to expect. A relative had purchased a vehicle for me in North Dakota. My initial plan was to fly up there with my wife and drive the vehicle back to Georgia. That first plan fell through. The vehicle remained in ND for a relatively long period of time, less than 3 months while I continued to plan on some other things. An associate of mine suggested the internet for a possible lead. I checked the net and filled in my contact number. I received more than 10 calls with one person standing out as a possible company to use. That was Ms. Jade Parker.
Her quote was quite competitive and presentation very convinsing. I was happy to give her my credit card information over the phone. She said that the vehicle would be picked up on the date I had suggested. That was the mother's day week-end. May 10th 2009. I contacted the person who was going to release the vehicle in North Dakota. He waited and nothing happened on the day of pick up. I gave the transport company a couple of days to respond, nothing happened.
I sent a couple of emails to complain that the pick up date had come and gone and no body had done anything or explained the cause of the stalemate. I received a call from Janice Smith in which she appologized for the delay blaiming it on the Mother's day week-end. I accepted and agreed on the new pick up date . The vehicle was promptly picked up on the 14th of May and delivered to me on the 18th of May , about 4days later. I was very happy with the overall experience especially with the professionalism of the two ladies I dealt with and the truck driver who brought the vehicle to me. He was knowledgeable of the city of Atlanta, and all the net work of roads and streets. He had little or no problem dropping off the vehicle in a safe and timely fashion. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
