This was an extremely satisfying customer service experience. We shipped a Saturn L300 from Burbank CA to Seattle WA. My wife and I were driving leisurely up the coast during our move and we ended up changing the pick-up and drop-off timetable, as well as the final drop-off location a number of times. Stephanie at AMA was awesome and even set up 3-way calling with the driver and faciliated clear communication. The only confusion was around payment at delivery - the driver wanted cash or a certified check, and all I had was a credit card and my checkbook. Fortunately, the driver accepted a personal check, but other than this one misunderstanding (which was probably due to my own lack of clarity), this was a very pleasant experience.
