Terrible!Worse than AAA or anyone ...

ok-abt 2 yrs ago I used AAAuto Transport,and was not unhappy,but decided to try someone else this time.
I checked the reviews ,and decided to go for Angels Auto.
Terrible - firstly they charged me $150 just to find a local transport
(I found the local transport company would charge only $650 ) - but I decided it was worth it if they did all the hassle of dealing with the transport company for me.
Unfortunately when I did not have a delivery date,the Angels Customer Service said "its not in our hands now" - oh yeah -then what the hell is - a $150 finder's fee?I can find a local transport co .myself - its the hassle I wanted to avoid.
The local company is Complete Auto Sales - Grand Prairie,Texas.
DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.
They lied to me about delivery dates,were not available most of the time,noone called me back,I had an incorrect driver name ,driver number (I kept leaving Voice messages with the driver)
I called the local company again,and they said "Saturday 2.15pm"
We had to rent our car for another day,re-schedule,and the car did not arrive.

I finally decided to write an email to Angels about all this and said I would report my car stolen if I did not hear from them
The driver finally called late night on Saturday stating he would be there on Sunday.
My car arrived dirty and the driver had tons of problems it seems on the way.
Angels did not even have the courtesy to respond to my email and offer some sort of credit for all the extra car rental costs.
HORRIBBLE.
I am going to complain with BBB against Angels and Complete Auto Sales.
The MOST unprofessional folks ever.
a $150 finders fee!! Hmph!!!
