I used Angels Moving Autos 2 weeks ago to move 2 cars from California to Texas. On the day I booked the transport I had given Angels Moving a delivery address in Laredo Texas. However the following day I called Angels Moving Autos and changed that delivery address to another address in Laredo. This was all before the vehicles were picked up from me. Well Angels Moving Autos FAILED to input the new delivery address hence the vehicles got delivered to the wrong address. It cost me $200 to have the driver reload the vehicles and deliver them to the correct address. I have tried miserably to get Angels Moving Autos to reimburse me the $200.

I had a second order sitting with Angels Moving Autos. But after the trouble I had with the first move I decided to cancel that second order. DESPITE my cancellation, the following day Angels Moving Autos charged my bank $150 for the deposit on my second move.

I have called Angels Moving Autos everyday to get them to reimburse my $150 and all I get is the RUN AROUND.

I have called my bank today and reported Angels Moving Autos to the Fraud department at my bank.

Their service sucks. The left does not know what the right is doing, Completely incompetent.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND SUGGEST THAT YOU DON"T TRUST THEM EITHER

Your response to my review is full of lies as well you know.

I informed your company on July 27th as per the following e-mail to Bea.

Bea,

The delivery address has changed.
It should read as follows
Pascal Ignacio
Pascal Forwarding
14206 Atlanta
Inter America Industrial Park
Laredo Texas
TX 78245
open 9.30 - 6.00

I will have another Porsche going to Laredo ready to go by this Monday so maybe they should go together.
Regards. Stephen Inglis

When faced with having 2 cars left at the wrong place I asked the driver how much it would cost to reload the cars and deliver them to the correct address and he said $200 so I told him to go ahead. If I had not done this my cars would be at left at the wrong place.

Your company went ahead and charged my account for a deposit withou a contract or any signed authorization from me, despite the fact that I had cancelled this job the day prior to you charging my account. IN MY BOOK THAT IS FRAUD

Customer never called us and let us know about the address change and offered to pay the driver the additional $200 to redeliver the cars.We did have the additional order from him and we did locate a driver. At the time we do charge a credit card for the scheduling fee but the order was never cancelled so we were working on his order. Offered to move another car for customer with no scheduling fee. We did move his cars for him quickly and that is our job. We were just not notified of customer's changes.
