Communication could be improved. At pick up we had only 15 minutes notice. I then kept contacting the truck driver so we would have more notice at destination. Car mat on driver side has stains from truck driver. These were brand new car mats so stains are definitely from him. Care should be given by putting down paper mats or making sure shoes are clean.
