We are so sorry that Ms. Guerrero was unhappy with our company. However, at the time she placed the order I made it very clear to her that Ft. Benning was a difficult location and that I would need a minimum of a 7 day window for pickup. Also, I explained that she could not include the memorial day weekend as part of that pick up window. Apparently she did not fully understand what I clearly tried to explain to her. Ms. Gurerro was not misquoted, a small amount of $75.00 can be taken from our fee to insure shipment, however she cancelled the order any how.
