The customer service is good. They are knowledgeable and make you feel safe that your vehicle will arrive in good condition, etc. However, like many similar companies, contract out to various independent truck drivers. And the experience you have with the driver will vary greatly. Many are not known for their wonderful communication skills. All in all- -they get the job done. And there is a lot of scammers in this business so it's nice to have someone you could trust. We are a military family and have used them twice for cross-country moves.
