First Truck Broke Down - Immediately Found Replacement

The delivery was on-time. The original trucker broke down day before pickup. Angels immediately found another trucker, who picked up my car and still delivered it on the promised date. The trucker called me twice to let me know his position. Angels called me to confirm pickup and status information. Very very helpful staff. Price seemed little arbitrary. I was quoted over $1100 but after some negotiation the delivery was done for $1000, which was $150 more than the best quote I received. But I rather pay little extra and get timely pickup than be bottom of pickup list because of low price. Overall, I was very happy because the service was excellent and problem was immediately solved. The staff showed personal concern and very prompt in returning phone calls.
