Richard @ Andrew Auto Transport Did a GREAT Job Transporting Our Vehicle!

Just a brief note of thanks to Richard at Andrew Auto Transport who was thorough and answered EVERY ONE of my questions prior to executing a contract to ensure there were NO surprises before pickup or after delivery. I did my research and found the auto transport market to be extremely cut-throat and after signing up for a quote on ONE single site on line, I received no less than 250 emails and more than 100 phone calls over the course of the next week. MANY of the emails began with lengthy paragraphs senselessly bashing their competition which was a complete turnoff and I immediately deleted, Junked and Blocked those companies for their poor business practice. The endless phone calls were ridiculous, but necessary evil and part of the process.

Once I saw Andrew Auto Transport's email and quote, I made note that their email was direct and professional and their quote was comptetitive. While not the lowest quote I'd received, I was able to quickly see what the operating medium bid was for my vehicle and distance. After speaking with Richard during our fist call, I knew they were going to have my business! Richard took time to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns and walked me through the process. Others I spoke with were using high-pressure tactics and tried to get me to sign a commitment quickly, while one company tried telling me it was a LIMITED TIME OFFER! *CLICK*.

Richard connected me up with the contracted driver who was available every time I called and even when a surprise snow storm hit our area, closing off the interstate for more than 5 hours, Mike, the driver kept me posted on his progress and still arrived within the window for pickup. Mike completed a thorough inspection of my car, and after securing it on his trailer, was on his way. Expected delivery date was 23 FEB and I was pleasantly surprised to speak with him Sunday afternoon (21 FEB) to hear that he was going to deliver just before midnight. My son linked up with Mike at our designated location for delivery and Mike was waiting for him, ready to offload our car. PERFECT CONDITION with no damage or any issues whatsoever. We paid the delta of the agreed rate without hassle and my son was on his way!

Thanks Again to Andrew Auto Transport and Especially Richard who did a phenomenal job communicating and keeping me updated along the way. I won't waste my time NEXT time I have to transport a vehicle across country... I'll just call Andrew Auto Transport Directly!!! I'd encourage you to do the same!
