Took longer than expected

This was the 2nd carrier company I hired. The first one, Door to Door Transport, didn't do anything, no follow up calls, no nothing. So after 3 weeks of no communication I decided to terminate their services. The 2nd one, America's Best Choice Transport, who got to pick up my van took about 3 weeks but had to offer a higher rate to convince a truck driver to pick up my oversized van. Robert Dicarlo gave me a deadline date for pick up so I relied on his word. Didn't get picked up by the deadline, but gave it a 3 day grace period and the driver picked it up 2 days after the deadline. I gave it 3 stars because they need to improve on their communication to keep you appraised of what's going on. I offered a reasonable higher fee attractive enough to find a driver to get my vehicle, otherwise it would've taken longer. I would still use the same carrier next time.

Mae Thank You for the POSITVIE REVIEW. It was a tough run and we took over the order mid stream like you said from another company but we dispatched on time the pickup date was moved back due to weather for driver. It was such a pleasure helping and coming thru for you in your time of need.
