poor service

I contacted this company for a quote and called the company back to cancel. I received an email a day later with a contract and was told that I needed to design and return the contract. Since I had cancelled the order I replied that I no longer needed their help. I received a text message from someone else who stated he was a driver and asked if I still needed transport. I replied I no longer needed a transport. The next day I received an email from yet another person from the company who stated that my car would be picked up Saturday afternoon. I replied I no longer needed them to pick up the car. Friday at 4:15 in the afternoon I got a call from another person (4 different people now) telling me my car would be picked up at 6 pm that night! I told the woman that I had another company set to pick up the vehicle and that I told three other people, 2 emails and 1 voicemail, that I had other transportation. I also stared that I never esigned the contract authorizing them to take money frkm mt account or agreeing to the terms of their company. I was yelled at and rudely told that it didn't matter and that she never got an email. That I didn't follow their policy. I told her I wanted the pick up cancelled and would send an email right away. After sending the email I thought it was taken care of. The next morning I received a call from their driver telling me that he would be delivering my car in thirty minutes! Company took advantage and have terrible communication between staff and are rude. Aside from them picking up my car with no signed contract or consent.
