Their driver canceled the pick-up twice. However, during the second cancellation, I received no notification that my car was not picked up. The customer service line at 954-278 3861 is extremely unprofessional. Despite making several calls, I finally reached someone who repeatedly hung up on me, he answered once to tell me to "stop calling so much" then hung up again. When I inquired about Tony, the person I had been speaking to, I was informed that he was ill. To my dismay, the individual started cracking jokes about Tony's illness, and how he was black but looking blue because of my calls I assume, all that circus play accompanied by laughter in the background. Instead of showing me the respect I deserved, they chose to mock me. I am disputing the $200 dollars they took as a deposit and arranged with another company to pick up the car. Absolutely disappointed with their performance.
