Excellent Service, Poor Customer Support

I've used American Auto Transport twice to ship my car.
My First experience was excellent. Got the driver assigned in a day. Had all the information with me. Driver called a day back to schedule pick time. All went fine !

This time it was different.
I got the driver assigned same day, but, no one was willing to share driver information.
Whenever I calledl customer service, 1 in 5 time they picked up the phone. And I never got call back on voice mail left. Also, didn't get any response on the email. The customer service agent said "I didn't have the information, so, what should i get back to you on? Really ! You told me that my car is scheduled to pick up today and you cannot tell me when will the driver come to pick it up or call me. Until afternoon i couldn't get the information that when is the driver arriving !
I called my sales guy, got same response, he said he'll connect my call to dispatch unit, but he connected me back to customer service - which means Voice mail !"
There was another guy whom when i asked to put me through his manager, he disconnected my call !

Now, if your car is scheduled to pick up today, you would need to wait whole day, attached to your phone as driver can call anytime. Does it work?? I could only be at peace once the driver called.

Everything else was graet ! Car had no issues, driver arrived on time and car was delivered within estiamted time!
