Very friendly and communicative staff and drivers.
The staff was responsive to my telephone call and email inquiries and returned calls/emails promptly.
Efficient and on-time pick-up and delivery of vehicle.
The driver took good care of my car, which is relatively new and in excellent condition, during the transport and loading process.
They were able to deliver the car in a reasonably close location to my residence, so I did not require transportation to pick up the car.
The driver was able to drop off car during the daytime, instead of late night.
The cost of shipping was very reasonable and competitive compared to other shipping companies.
I did purchase the gap insurance due to a relatively new car and was found the price of the gap insurance to be reasonable.
My friend who referred me to them also had a great experience using this shipping service last year.
Overall I was very satisfied with the shipping service and would use this service again in the future.
I would recommend this shipping service to another friend.
