I arranged through AmeriFreight to have our 1993 Wrangler shipped from Norther California to the Black Hills of South Dakota the week of September 7. I originally chose the economy selection (five work day pickup window), but since I was only going to be in California for four of the five days I upgraded to the next level (two day window) which meant the Jeep was to have been picked up by Thursday, September 10. I was not contacted by dispatch until Monday September 14, so I had to arrange for another contact in California to meet the carrier.
The Jeep was delivered on Saturday September 19. I have no complaints with either the carrier or AmeriFreight. It's just that the pickup was not in the promised window.
