Melissa from Amerifreight could sense the concern when I spoke with her and she listened and addressed all my concerns and made me comfortable with this whole experience. She took the time to give me the ins and outs of the business so I could understand how everything would work out. She also continued to give great customer service even after I paid, taking the time to reach out and check on how my delivery went. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and I will be contacting them if I ever need auto transport in my future.
