The initial process was very straightforward and simple. Jennifer has an awesome personality and told us exactly what we would be paying to have a car shipped. Everytime I had a question or called, she either picked up the phone or called me back within minutes. Although I got hustled out of $100 by the carrier this was no falt on Jennifer. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and communication. 16029888
