Amerifreight and their shipping partner were the only part of my car purchasing process that went efficiently and without any problems at all. I had to change my pickup date three times, and Lisa was very helpful and reassuring through the whole process. When the dealership I was purchasing from finally had everything ready, Lisa had another driver within an hour and he got here 48 hours earlier than I expected him, which was amazing! For reference, my shipment was from PA to AR and just over 1200 miles. He picked it up at 4pm on a Friday and had it to me Sunday night. Lisa helped me every step of the way and felt like the only person I had to work with in this process that was on top of her job and there to get stuff done. 10/10, I will be asking for her every time!
