I had gone through several companies looking for a quote, but it wasn't until I spoke to Christine (order 15938579) that I knew I was in good hands. I was trying to arrange shipment of a vehicle from a port (arriving from Japan), and none of the comapnies I had spoken with could give me a clear sense of the process or a timeline for when things would happen. Christine had the answer to each of my questions, and when she didn't know immediately she found out and reported back. She kept me in the loop during every step of the process, and she really put my mind at ease. Next time I need to ship a vehicle I won't go with anybody else but Christine and AmeriFreight!
