I was connected to Amerifreght through their free online quote. I was disappointed that in the end I paid 40% more (be prepared), but the experience was outstanding. Susan was easy to get a hold of, she pushed back against shippers who wanted increase their bids after the fact and even followed-up after my car was supposed to be delivered. None of these traits did I find the other 3 times I shipped using other brokers. Susan will be my first call next time. Too bad Amerifreight doesn't have better leverage over their shippers as the communication from the actual shipper was non-existent.
