I am very pleased with Susan Jobin at AmeriFreight. Call's and emails were answered very quickly, provided she was not available to answer the phone. I was very surprised how often she was able to take my call. AmeriFreight quickly found a transport for my vehicle at a good price. They answered all my questions and provided information sheets that I could refer back to should I have additional questions. Unfortunately there was damage to the vehicle which was NOT due to the fault of the carrier. The company quickly had me in contact with a repair shop and the matter was taken care of with no cost to me. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again in the future.
