I don't normally write reviews for any reason, but I just had an outstanding service experience. I needed to move my son's car from Los Angeles to Minneapolis quickly due to a short notice job change. This was my first time to do something like this and so I throughly researched the subject and became instantly apprehensive about problems in the industry. My research led me to use AmeriFreight, a service that arranges the carrier and handle all other details. My agent from AmeriFreight, Ali Jones, was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and very patient with my fears and concerns. She excelled in communications, answered all questions and promptly returned any calls I made and initiated calls to me when appropriate. She selected an excellent transport company whose personnel treated me and my concerns just as well. Ali and her excellent skills, knowledge and abilities saved the day for our family. Our car was delivered early and in the same condition as when it was shipped. I felt the cost was very reasonable considering that I needed to move the car immediately. Finally, I want to make it clear that no incentive was made to offer this review- just my desire to acknowledge great help for a scary consumer issue. Thanks, again Ali and AmeriFrieight!
