I used Amerifreight to ship my car across the US. The representative was very kind and helpful and called often to check up and make sure everything was going well. I would use Amerifreight again. The process of shipping a car is a little tricky in general, as even though Amerifreight provides great service, some things are out of their control, as they are basically a broker service. For example, the original time estimate Amerifreight gave was 7 days, and it took 15 before the car was picked up by a carrier. The original price estimate was $1050 (though the Amerifreight representative did say it would likely be more like $1400). It was picked up for $1550. The carrier that transported the car was fine, though the driver was difficult and rude when we were attempting to arrange the pick up and drop off with and inflexible in the time and location. But, if you have to ship a car, from my experience, Amerifreight is a trustworthy and helpful company (they are hard to find for car shipping!) and they provide solid customer service.
