This was the first time I have had a car transported and Jorge Cruz at AmeriFreight made the process painless. He took his time and made sure we understood each step of what was going to happen. I originally contacted AmeriFreight in the morning and by that evening they had lined me up with a carrier. Al Carter at New Day Logistics was the carrier. He called me when he picked up the car, when he was about 4-5 hours away and again when he was 1 hour away. Al was very professional and personable. We had some questions about paperwork that was to be included from the dealer where we bought the car and Al got right on the phone with the dealer to be sure we got our questions answered. This was a very enjoyable experience. I thank both AmeriFreight and New Day Logistics and would enthusiastically recommend them to have your vehicle transported.
