Graham was my agent. First of all he told me $800 and it would take 3 days to find a truck. I waited 5 days and finally called him to find out what the deal was. He said he had not found a shipping truck and it would take 3 more days. After a couple days I got an email that a truck was found. I called and left a message but never got a call back. I had to call twice more to finally get ahold of him. He proceeds to tell me that the price has gone up $350. I am positive Graham made no attempt to get me the quote price nor did he ever once return my phone calls. I had to call him repeatedly to find out what was going on. Horrible customer service and con man charging $350 more. I would have said forget it and looked for a different company but there was a truck ready to pickup immediately when he jacked up the price. The shipping truck driver was Excellent.

This customer chose a shipping rate to work with his time constraints and budget. Customers may be given different offers from carriers in order to move a vehicle in a shorter time frame, but it is ultimately up to the customer when choosing to accept the rate or wait for another carrier.
