Good customer service. Quote not accurate.

Good customer service with AmeriFreight. It did take a little bit to find out if there was a driver available for the time and price quoted. The quoted price online was $845 but the customer representative stated that there were drivers that would offer $950 or $1050. That was a large difference in price. They would work with you to get the cheapest driver however.
You still have to pay a $250 down payment then the rest to the driver.
The driver was from AA transport and he was not very good with keeping you updated about the arrival of the car. I kept calling the driver which would never give me an accurate day or time for the arrival of the car. He kept saying maybe tomorrow and stated he would call me. When he called me it was like "I will be there in 45 min" which he didn't arrive until 8:30 pm due to traffic (3hr later). That was inconvenient. However, he was very courteous and the car was in good condition and arrived on time (in 8 days). When the care arrived, I had to pick it up at a local Walmart or town center, but he did offer to pick me up at home.
This company has great reviews and the customer service was great but it depends on which drivers they decide to obtain.
AmeriFreight was not knowledgeable about what the carrier covered for insurance protection since they stated it depended on the carrier, but they did offer extra coverage for an extra fee.
I wish that the quoted price would reflect more accurately on the real price.
It was a still a good price overall.
