The driver was very knowledgeable and gave me his personal cell phone. Pickup was uneventful. Coordinating the delivery was kind of a mess. They like you to just jump and meet them at a moments notice which can be difficult from work. They threatened to out our car in storage. It ended up working out in the end after some stressful phone calls. The car was in the same condition.
