Even though it is a busy time of year, I felt that follow-up was sub-par. I had to call repeatedly and had difficulty reaching Graham. I understood that there could be additional costs, however, based on initial quotes and quotes from other shipping brokers the cost far exceeded my expectations. It wasn't until I made contact with the assigned transporter that I felt like someone cared. The transporting company was very diligent, customer service-oriented and informative. Given the option I would not use or refer Amerifreight.
