I was shipping my car from California to Florida. I was in contact with Dustin and George. It seemed as though the line of communication was better before my car was actually shipped. The carrier had mechanical issues for several days, and Amerifreight didn’t provide me with much information besides that. I wanted an estimate as to when the carrier would be repaired, and it was hard to reach Dustin, nor did he respond to my email. George was definitely more helpful. Through the process, I received most information and updates from the actual carrier (A Unique Transport). They were great! Estimated delivery was 7-10 days, and it was delivered in 13 days. The car was in good condition. Very dirty as expected, with small cracks on the windshield (Im assuming from rocks along the way).
