I worked with Jorge Cruz at Amerifreight for the first time beginning in January of this year as I had decided that rather than rent a car I would try this option. I was very pleased with my decision especially not knowing what to expect. it was a pleasure to work with Jorge. He was professional, respectful and very calm. He explained how the process would take place. Answered my many questions patiently. He was very respectful as well. The process went very smoothly due to Jorge's knowledge of his job. it was especially important that I have the car back at my home as close to my return date as possible since I have now other means of transport. and in fact it arrived the nignt of my return arrival. I am happy tohave had the opportunity to do business with him and believe ne deserves an excellent rating.
