The transport of our Chrysler mini-van from California to Ohio was correct and complete in every way. We had agreed on a drop in Richmond, ID because I thought it was easy and less costly. However, the driver noted my home address, 40 miles from Richmond, Id and said he could and would drop in my town of Oxford, Ohio. This was not expected, but kind , and convenient, as my wife has Alzheimer's illness and cannot drive a car.
The carrier driver was quick to respond to my telephone questions, and tell where he was and clearly and correctly when he would meet me at the drop off site. He even wanted to drop at my house, but I was once a semi-driver and I said our street was too tight, so we agreed on a nearby shopping center parking lot.
I will tell anyone to use AmeriFreight for car shipping. And Jorge for dispatching.
