Overall, I was satisfied with my auto transport. Bob was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and get ahold of.
My main issue was that once I got a truck driver, the transport company didn't take the same time or care that Bob did to keep me informed about when my car would be picked up/dropped off and how to track it. Dispatch wasn't very reassuring and took hours to get back to me. Yes the car was late and dirty but that's life. Even though Bob explained it very well ahead of time, I had to pay an additional fee of $50 to the driver to ensure that my car would be picked up earlier in the week. I was happy to do it but then when I got the car not only was the car late and dirty, but his carrier wasn't full. So why was I pressured to pay when there wasn't a demand for cars with that company? There was no personal gain for Bob and Amerifreight so I can't hold it against them. In our original agreement I was told to review Amerifreight after the delivery and I would save $50 on my order. I ended up just having to pay the drive the money that I was supposed to save and for that I can not give a perfect review.
Just to clarify, I was happy Bob and Amerifreight and would most likely do business with them again. All I would change is that you take more initiative to ensure to the customer that the transport company is going to be there to serve the customer the same way Amerifreight would.
