My experience was very smooth. I called them and said where I needed my car to go. Within a day they had a carrier to ship my car. I was able to call and find out where my vehicle was during the whole process. Customer service was great and made the experience very nice. The best part is that I didn't have to drive and my car was delivered to my driveway at my destination. I am very glad I did this!
