Broker vs. actual carrier

Amerifreight was my broker and they were very good, explained everything and communicated everything to us, the carrier they provided for us was good but the there were a few things I would of liked to have seen, the carrier was LT Auto transport Anna is the person I dealt with, the positives were she worked with our scheduling, the negatives she lacked communication with us and the driver got lost and parked in the middle of a University, my daughter had to hop on a bus from her dorm and go find him on the campus cause he didn't speak great english, also the car looked liked it had been four wheeling through the mud, this is a white lexus that showed up pretty dirty, but I 've been told that the car traveled across the USA and what did I expect and that it was pretty common, no damage or anything, would I use them again probably, would I go through the broker/Amerifreight again most definately.:)
