Our first shipment was cancelled when the buyer of our house backed out at the last minute. Graham terminated that
agreement without cost or other hassle to us. When we shipped a few months later, the pickup was prompt. The shipment arrived a day later than the transport company said it would due to a problem with the carrier, but our car was undamaged and in good shape. Since we had someone to receive the auto at the destination end, the day's delay wasn't a big deal.
Graham was available and returned calls as expected. I think that most of the problems you might have with shipping an auto will be with the transport company itself, rather than AmeriFreight. My main concern was how the process would play out if our auto arrived damaged. Since it didn't, we really didn't get a chance to see if AmeriFreight would help us resolve any disputes... and that was just fine with me. Overall, the shipping procees was pretty painless. Graham handled his end in a courteous and professional manner. I would use them again.
