This transaction was to transfer a car from a relative in San Francisco to central Massachusetts. From initial contact to a confirmed transporter took only about 3 days. Graham was very clear on costs and there was never any confusion about that part of the transaction, or about the overall process either. On confirmation, the transport pickup (by Avrora Express) was arranged for a few hours later. Avrora showed on time, the driver (Paul) was polite and based on my sister's report, knew what he was doing and did it well.
I expected the trip to take till Saturday but got a call from Paul on Wednesday indicating that it could be delivered Thursday. He showed up just as promised, the car was in the same shape that it had left CA; a little dusty but if I'd been sitting on the back of an open truck for 3,000 miles I'd expect to be dusty too.
The delivery off load went quickly and smoothly. No surprises and no problems. Paul (the driver), who I was meeting for the first time, was friendly and professional. Impressed by the quality of the transport equipment that Avrora was using - current, in near new condition, and sophisticated enough to navigate into my street and off load with minimal disruption.
I wouldn't hesitate to use either AmeriFreight or Avrora again in the future.
