I called and talked to Jorge after getting my quote in email. I wanted more descriptive informations and more questions that needed to be answered. Jorge answered all my questions and gave me more info that I intended to ask for. I was very happy with the customer service of Jorge and his coworker bob. My Honda civic needed to be shipped from California to Wisconsin. My car got picked up the same day I talked to Jorge, on a Tuesday. my car was picked up, I was able to communicate with the truck driver to track my car. On Saturday I received a call from the driver saying my car will be at my door tomorrow(Sunday) evening. Sunday morning I got another call from the driver he's ahead of schedule and will be at my door at 12 pm. What do you know, that subday 12 pm noon comes around and my cars infront of my house. The driver was nice and honest. My car didn't have no damage nor the inside was tampered with. It was safe and sound. Overall, it took 5 days which is the average shipping time for my car. I'm very pleased with Amerifreight. They were honest and great communication. I highly recommend them. I'd do business with them again without hesitation.
