I had no problems with Amerifreight. Graham did a great job informing me of the process of shipping my automobile from Calfornia to Kentucky and answered all of my questions and returned my phone calls promptly. When I had questions or concerns and Graham was not available Bob followed up and returned my phone call with an answer. They were there for all of my questions and/or concerns.

My only problem came with the carrier and their lack of communication in trying to confirm our pick up and drop off once they were in transit. The driver was was really nice and his truck was in excellent condition. Our car got to Kentucky damage FREE. Originally our car was to be delivered two days before we were due to arrive in Kentucky and I was able to work with the driver to get our car delivered a when we arrived.

Over all it was a great experience and I would definitely use Amerifreight agian in the future as they found a carrier within our specified time frame.
