Even though I delivered my car directly to the parking lot of Amerifreight(GA), they delivered it a month later.
They quoted a price of $960 to transport my vehicle and then we were charged a total of $1315. There was going to be an extra $355 charge.They gave me options to choose 3 weeks later after having my car. First, accept this price. Second, find another company to deal my car with deposit refund. But we already left GA state, we couldn't handle our car effectively. We couldn't help accepting pricey quote to use our car ASAP.
It took so much time (over 1 month) to deliver it to me and added moving stress extremely to my family.
Mr. Graham did his best to handle our car,but I'd say I was quite disappointed at their management.
