Brett repeatedly assured me that this transport would be easy and trouble free. No problems, hidden costs or surprises he said but things changed quickly...he told me on the day that my car was being picked up in New Jersey that the cost would go up from the initial quote of $850 to $1175 and that he was very sorry(a reoccurring theme here) but a truck had broken down. Since I was scheduled to fly out early the next morning to Bryan Texas I had no choice but to agree. Brett contracted with Ground Force One. It only got worse, Mitch at Ground Force One said that Brett had never scheduled the "drop off" in Houston with Fast Co, who refused delivery of my car, and that my car (4 days late already) was going to be sent back to Pennsylvania because they had no place to leave it. Ground Force One refused to deliver to Bryan (as stated in my contract) and Fast Co also refused to deliver to Bryan. Brett was nowhere to be found, he didn't answer phone calls or emails about the problem from me or Mitch for hours. Finally he called back and said that he didn't know what had happened but it was a huge mess and that he was very "sorry" and that he would refund me the $100 that I paid him for his "services". I was able to get the transport drivers phone number from Mitch and the driver told me his drop off schedule for his other car deliveries. I was forced to take off on my first day at my new job and my sister also had to take off work to drive me and to chase a transport truck all around Houston, TX over 2 hours away to locate my car. I was also out $100 (tip) to get my car from the driver plus my gas and 4 hours of work time for me and my sister, not to mention the stress and aggravation. Thanks a lot Allied Auto Shippers, LLC and especially to Brett for the most horrible experience ever.
