I first received a quote of $600. I got a call saying that there is driver available just 2 days after my available date if I paid $650. I agreed. I contacted the pickup company right away asking for approximate pickup time. I got no response. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I called the driver and the pickup company multiple times and left voice mails. I called All State and spoke with Conrad multiple times and he said he will have somone get in touch with me. No one contacted me. I called All State on the next Monday and cancelled. I was just told that my deposit will not be refunded because some "showed up" and was refused access to the vehicle. Very deceitful. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.

Sumeet, Unfortunately we were unable to refund your deposit. As per our contract, once we dispatch your vehicle to a driver and the driver arrives to pick up the vehicle, if you choose to not release the vehicle your deposit becomes non-refundable. In our contract it states that we have up to 7 business days from your first available date to pick up the vehicle. The driver was there on 11/23/2012 to pick up. That is 2 days after your first available date. We apologize for any inconvenience. Also to show that we are here to support our clients, we offered half back since we need to pay dry fee to the carrier or willing to waive a deposit if you choose to transport any vehicle again.
