I wished we would have done more research on this company and Brad Taylor. We were scammed the same way but luckily we took measures through our bank to protect ourselves. We our getting our deposit back after showing the numerous complaints regarding this company. We have currently pulled a total of 10 complaints regarding this company's business practices and it is all the same exact story. And his company nor him can call my bank to state it is "Non-refundable" after showing them the numerous compalints.

We signed a contract and had a verbal agreement to which my fiance' was witness to that my truck would be shipped within 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and no truck. Upon contacting Mr.Taylor and his company back, I received the runaround. When I did finally contact Mr. Taylor I too was cussed at when I refused to pay extra money for something that was agreed upon not to mention I was informed that it would then take a year to receive my truck with the current price. He also cussed and harrassed me numerous times just for asking about an estimated arrival date. I also was told that he(Brad Taylor) would have never quoted us two weeks to ship a vehicle at that price. So, I guess there must be 10 strangers on 2 websites all just made up this story. Hmm, sounds like this company has a history of low balling the price to get you to sign a contract only to later try and get more money from unsuspecting consumers.
Funny thing is we can have the last laugh......please read on if you have been scammed...
After carefully reveiwing his contract with an attorney, the average person would think that contract is leagally binding and you would lose out on your funds. However nothing more could be far from the truth. Verbal contracts are just as binding in the State of California, the City of Los Angeles, any arbitrary courts, and federaql laws protecting consumers superceed anything written in his contract! So, if the services are not rendered yet then your deposit is totally refundable. You are entitiled to a reasonable amount of time to receive your vehicle, and you are also entitled via the verbal agreement made in conversations over the phone.
The other item in the contract about not guarantee dates does not superceed any verbal agreements made prior to the contract.
We will be seeking legal action and also be drafting a bill to change the current laws in the State of California so shippers like these cannot pull a bait and switch. We are trying to make it a requirement to have an estimated date required in the contract.
I highly suggest that anyone reading this who has been scammed by this company also contact the California State's Attorney and your local State's Attorney. I know that we are also contacting Illinois State's Attorney. Which now since this company has done this across many states it has now become a Federal case!

Not one time prior to signing the contract was I informed that it would take a year to get my vehicle shipped at that price. And to put in a contract "All Star offers no guarentee of date" does not give them the legal right to try and hustle clients by telling them it would take a year to get their vehicle unless they pay additional fees! Even after the contract was signed I was assured it would take about 2 weeks to get my vehicle. The contract was signed 7/22/2014 and today is 8/7/2014. That is 18 days. 4 days over the verbal agreement with Mr. Brad Taylor.

Mr. Taylor you may have got other banks to get your money back but that is now considered bank fraud because Federal Law mandates that if services are not rendered you cannot charge a "non-refundable fee." So you have stolen that single mothers money and your company has commited bank fraud. Plus you have now done this to 10 people that we know of which is enough for a class action lawsuit.

Any other people with this same issue please feel free to contact us via this website for a possible class action lawsuit. Also, I would like transportreviews to contact me regarding this company because these bad reveiws should be posted first before anymore unsuspected consumers get ripped off by this company.
